CHORD is hiring an Associate Director for its latest initiative, The CHORD Leadership Center.

The Associate Director for the CHORD Leadership Center (CLC) provides comprehensive leadership, coordination, and operational oversight for the two-year CLC formation program. Working side by side with the Director, this person will help steward the vision, structure, and daily execution of the Leadership Center’s work with participants, small group leaders, spiritual directors, retreat teams, and ministry partners.

The Associate Director is not the primary administrative assistant for the CLC. Rather, this person is a formational program leader who works side by side with the Director and partners with CHORD administrative staff to ensure that the program is implemented with excellence.

This role is primarily relational, formational, and coordinative. The Associate Director will work in close partnership with the Director and CHORD administrative staff to ensure that the CLC experience is well-organized, hospitable, spiritually attentive, and aligned with CHORD’s mission. The Associate Director will serve as the primary program coordinator for the participant journey, working with CHORD administrative staff to support applications, enrollment, retreat preparation, small group placement, spiritual direction coordination, semester engagement, and program completion.
